Enhanced lights and fx too dark

I did see a 'ELFX - SMIM Meshes' download, with the cryptic description ' SMIM Meshes with my modifications for 1.60, it must overwrite anything it asks to.' Huhwhat? But tonight, when I activate the mod in NMM, there is no such checkbox.

In Gopher's YouTube video, the ELFX installer had a SMIM checkbox that did.something.
